CCCS Needs Your Help Now. Consumer Credit Counseling Service is working with Easter Seals Oregon, the Department of Human services, as well as other community service agencies to deliver the Oregon Money Management Program around the state. Money Management volunteers offer financial management assistance to low-income seniors and disabled persons. By volunteering you can help protect vulnerable adults from financial abuse, utility cut off, and loss of independence. To learn more, click here.

Consumer Credit is approved by the U.S. Trustees Program to issue certificates in Oregon and California in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code*. These services include providing the Bankruptcy Pre-filing Counseling and Pre-discharge Education. These services are provided both in person and on-line.

CCCS is approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide housing education and counseling services. That ensures that you

are receiving professional, knowledgeable, and impartial information and advice.

Consumer Credit offers community education from its Medford location and in the community. The Agency has an Education Specialist and conducts over 200 educational programs a year. Most of the programs are at no or low cost and are sponsored by local foundations and corporations.

Accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Families, a United Way member agency and a Charity Seal Holder with the Better Business Bureau, CCCS has helped over 50,000 people and can help you.
