Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods Guam and Saipan operates the wholesale food distribution business in various geographies of Micronesia. The wholesale food distribution business counts among its trade customers several of Guam’s and Saipan’s top hotels, restaurants and retail grocery stores. Triple J also has had presence in the retail grocery store business in the Marshall Islands for 27 years.

The company portfolio includes Certified Angus Beef® Brand, Simplot, Hereford, Pauls, California Sunshine Milk, Tyson, Dreyer’s, Kraft, Hormel Foods, Hawaii Water, Pitbull Energy, Pampanga’s Best, Saag’s.

Triple J Marshalls Inc. – manages wholesale and retail operations in Ebeye and Majuro. Operates its own two retail grocery stores and distributes to other retailers.

Neco Plaza Corporation, Palau – licensed to manage and operate wholesale food distribution in partnership with the NECO Group in Palau.

Triple J Restaurant Group operates popular restaurant franchises such as Outback Steakhouse in Guam, Capricciosa and Tony Roma’s in Saipan, as well as Truong’s Vietnamese restaurants in Guam and Saipan.

Outback Steakhouse, Guam – Triple J is licensed franchisee of Outback’s Steakhouse on Guam since 1996, opening its doors in 1997. The restaurant is a popular dining destination for tourists and island residents.

Tony Roma’s and

Capricciosa, Saipan – Triple J has owned and operated these two franchised restaurants in Saipan since 1996. On Guam, Triple J consults for WDI, the owning company and franchisee of Tony Roma’s and Capricciosa, Guam.

Truong’s Vietnamese Restaurant, Guam and Saipan – Triple J provided the funding to the family of its first employee, Hoang Van Truong, to open this restaurant in 2003 on Guam, followed in 2004 by a second branch in Saipan.

Triple J Real Estate is a real estate brokerage and consulting firm which manages Triple J Enterprises own holdings.

Sandy Beach Homes – a 60-unit affordable housing development in Saipan, invested and managed by Triple J Enterprises. Completed in December 2011, this is the first affordable residential development project for low-income families in Saipan.

Saddle Acres at Willow Spring, North Carolina – a Triple J property development which includes a 100-acre equestrian community near Raleigh, N.C.

Apricot Pension, Hakuba, Japan – Triple J’s ski resort property in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture in the central alpine region of Honshu island, Japan.

Saipan Surf Rider LLC – Triple J’s subsidiary company which is developing a 45-room boutique hotel in Saipan, which will be branded the Best Western Premier Surf Rider when completed sometime in mid-2015.
