You should print out your ticket and take it with you when you travel.
Now when you select an e-ticket you can choose an alternative form of ID instead of only the payment card used for purchase. You now have the option of choosing another credit or debit card, photo driving license or passport. You will be asked to enter the name printed on the ID and the last four characters of the ID reference. The selected form of ID must be brought along with your printed out e-ticket on your journey.Source: www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk
