The simplest way to check your balance is to enter #100# on your Telstra Pre-Paid mobile, then press the send/call button.
Your main account balance and expiry will be displayed. You will then need to respond to the menu prompts and hit send again to see all your balances including your Bonuses & Plus Packs.
2. My Account via m.telstra.com
Step 1: Go to m.telstra.com on your Pre-Paid mobile service. Your main account balance and expiry will be displayed.
Step 2: Select Included Bonuses & Plus Packs to view the balance and expiry of all your bonuses
Alternatively, if you have a Telstra handset:
- Open BigPond Mobile by pressing the BigPond button or icon on your mobile. Select the My tab at the top of the page. If you can't see a My tab, scroll down and select My Account.

Call 125 8888 from your Telstra Pre-Paid mobile to hear your balance. Remember to select the Bonus & Plus Packs option to hear all your balances
If you have an Android or Apple smartphones you can download and use our apps on your phone to check your balance, recharge and manage your service. Data charges apply to download the apps. Using the apps is unmetered, so once you've downloaded them, they're free to use in Australia.

My Pre-Paid for Android
Got an Android phone and don't have any other Telstra services? Then this may be the best option for you. You can download the special Pre-Paid app called My Pre-Paid and use it from your Telstra Pre-Paid mobile service.
Telstra 24x7™ App for Android
Or if you have several Telstra services including a Pre-Paid service and want to manage them all in one place, you can download and use the Telstra 24x7 App for Android.
This can be done from any Telstra mobile service using Android.
You will need to have registered for Telstra My Accunot to see all your services. Without My Account, you'll only have access to account information for the service you're using.
With Apple devices :
If you have an Apple iPhone or iPad you can use the Telstra 24x7 App for iPhone or the Telstra 24x7 App for iPad. Simply download, enter your My Account details and you're ready to manage your Telstra services from any Telstra mobile service.
You will need to have registered for Telstra My Account to see all your services. Without My Account, you'll only have access to account information for the service you're using.
Telstra provides several ways to check your balance Online. These options are also a great way to recharge, manage your service and review your usage history. Standard internet usage charges will apply.
A. Using Facebook apps
My Telstra Pre-Paid on Facebook
If you have a Facebook account you can check your balance with the My Telstra Pre-Paid app from your PC or Laptop. Once you download and link your Pre-Paid mobile number to the app, you can quickly view your ‘dashboard' any time you're logged into Facebook.
Telstra 24x7 App on Facebook
As a Facebook user you can use the Telstra 24x7 App on Facebook to get secure access to your Telstra accounts and services, including your Pre-Paid Mobile services.
Simply download, enter your My Account details and you're ready to go. You will need to have registered for Telstra My Account.
B. Using My Account Online
To use My Account Online, you need to be a registered user first.
Step 2: Select your Pre-Paid mobile number from the list of your Telstra services. Your main account balance and expiry will be displayed.
Step 3: Click on 'plus bonuses and packs' below your main balance to view all your remaining balances.
