Making a Claim
To make an insurance claim you can simply use our online claims portal by clicking the link below:

You are required to report the theft or loss to your network provider within 24 hours of discovery in order that they can blacklist your handset.

You are required to report the theft or loss to the Police authority within 24 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number in support of a theft claim and a lost property number in support of a loss claim and a copy of the Police report.
In respect of all claims:
- You will be required
to provide the original proof of purchase of the mobile phone for which you are claiming. This proof of purchase must evidence that you own that particular mobile phone, including the IMEI number and other identifying details where appropriate.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase in respect of any accessories for which you are claiming for under the terms of the policy.
For each and every Accidental Damage claim the excess would be £50.00, for each and every Theft or Loss claim the excess would be £75.00.
Payment of the excess must be made before we settle your claim.
Processing of the claim
Our aim is to process the claim within 2 working days of submission. If your phone is being replaced, please allow 3 - 5 working days from authorisation. If the phone is being repaired, please allow 5 – 7 working days from authorisation.Source: www.jsinsurance.co.uk
