Obtain a form from the General Register Office and fill it out. Call the office at +44-845-7788 or send a message to to request the form. The form requires the date of the marriage; the names, ages, marital status, occupation and residence of the bride and groom at the time of marriage; and the

name and profession of the father of the bride and the father of the groom.

Order the marriage certificate by mail, phone or online: To place your order by mail, send the form to GRO, along with a check, postal order or your credit card information.
