REPORTING A PROBLEM
Please Note: Before sending a query to support, please make sure that your question is not answered in the FAQ section.
Firstly check how long you need to wait before you submit any problem – then normal minimum time to wait is 3 days, so please send any queries before 5 days. And if after submitting a problem you are asked to wait 5 days for a response, kindly please do so. Normally if you receive no response from support, this is an indication that there is missing information on your query.
The form to report a problem has 7 stages that needs to be attended to correctly (1 to 8):
- Login to your account using your Cellphone Number and Password
- Your email address (already written for you)
- Your contact number (already written for you)
- Subject: “write a subject relating to your problem: e.g. DEPOSIT NOT CONFIRMED”
- Operation I.D. “you must quote an operation ID given to you by the system”
Examples of Operation ID’s :
- If you were asked to deposit or donate funds, the operation ID should be like this: “Your deposit №2416943”.
- If you were asked to keep funds from a Kipi Member, the operation ID should be like this: “Money transfer №2425069”.
- If you have made a withdrawal, the operation ID should be like this: “Withdrawal operation №2426625”.
- WHERE TO FIND AN OPERATION ID?
- Login to your account using Cellphone Number and Password
- You will enter your account area and on it click “HISTORY”
- Then click on the name of a person assigned to make a transfer to you
- After clicking on that name you will see an Operation I.D. at the top next to “MARK AS SENT/RECEIVED”
- ALTERNATIVELY you can find the operation ID by clicking on NEWS because you would’ve received a message there, just click on the number and it will direct you to the page with an Operation ID.
- You now have to write a message giving a brief explanation of your problem: e.g. the date you sent the money and the amount you sent.
- After writing your message then ATTACH A DEPOSIT SLIP. Please note that if no deposit slip is attached then the whole report is in vain and WILL NOT be considered because the deposit slip is your evidence.
HERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS THAT MEMBERS HAVE ASKED
Q: What happens if I die while waiting for my Dreams to be Fufilled?
A: Kipi should be contacted and informed. A copy of a Death Certificate and ID of the deceased should be emailed to Kipi Support, together with the Cellphone Number and details of the new person who will take over the deceased person’s Kipi account. So it is important to make sure that someone in your family is aware of your participation in Kipi.
Q: Why has Kipi Support not replied to my query after I emailed them my complain/issue?
A: You need to make sure that FIRSTLY, your Email Address is VERIFIED! Login to your Kipi account and locate your email address under Contacts. Click on “VERIFY” next to your email address. Then use the Verification Code that will be emailed to your email address and use it to verify your email address. SECONDLY, make sure that you give detailed information on email when emailing Kipi Support, i.e. member Invite Code, Name, Contact Number and Operation ID (the allocated Transaction Number if reporting on a transaction related query). If this information is not provided, Kipi Support will not bother to reply to your email query. The Kipi Support email address is: email@example.com .
Q: How much will I get if I Donate this much and in how long?
A: You can do your own calculations by logging into your Kipi account and clicking on ‘ADD A DREAM’, then see how much will give you how much in how long by providing the required information – just DO NOT PRESS “CONTINUE” since you are only using a “calculator”.
Q: I’m a registered member of Kipi and am interested in the Future Income Strategy. How do I register?
A: If you are already
a registered Kipi Member, all you need to do is follow the instructions on our Income Strategy Page , there’s no need to register, you just do that in your existing Kipi account. However, if you are not yet a Kipi Member then you first need to REGISTER and only then will you be able to follow the instructions for the recommended Future Income Strategy.
Q: How long will Kipi last for?
A: The future of Kipi lies with us Community Members. For as long as we continue to ADD DREAMS and spread the word about Kipi and it’s benefits the Community will continue to grow and exist. We also need to encourage others to DONATE REGULARLY, which is what we do on this website by recommending the Income Strategy .
Q: How often must I Donate?
A: Well, ask yourself these questions:
1). How long will it take me to become a Millionaire if I just Donate R100 long term (which by the way will give you only R2,000 in 12-16 months) and just sit and wait for it to be Fulfilled in 12-16 months (or a little longer for New Members). My answer to you. A VERY LONG TIME! While waiting for 12-16 months for your R100 to grow to R2,000 you would’ve wasted 16 months or more because had you increased your Donation and committed to Donating a set amount every month you would be Withdrawing every month from your first Fulfilled Dream! (See our Income Strategy to have a better understanding).
2). How often would you like to Withdraw and how many Fulfilled Dreams would you like to have? My answer to you. If you want to have a Future Recurring Income and Withdraw Monthly in the future, you need to start preparing today by DONATING ON A MONTHLY BASIS!
Q: How do I register someone using my Invite Code so I can earn Bonuses?
A: You use your Invite Code located under INVITE to register someone under you. Open the Kipi Official Website on a Computer or Tablet, click on ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ at the top right corner next to ‘LOGIN’, click on the BLUE ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ TAB, click on ‘SKIP THIS STEP’ and fill in the details of the person you are registering. Otherwise just invite them to register using your Invite Link which is also located under ‘INVITE’ – just copy and paste the link and an email and send it to them.
Q: How do I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it or if the person who registered me never gave it to me?
A: Just open the Kipi Official Website. put your cellphone number where you login, then click on ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ to get a temporary password sent you via SMS. Use it to login to your account and then assign a New Password under ‘PROFILE’.
Q: How does Kipi pay for Bonuses and how does it grow the money to pay for the Fulfilled Dreams?

ABOUT BITCOINS AND PAYING FOR YOUR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE
Kipi has recently implemented an Annual Registration Fee of R200 (0.069800 Bitcoins) which is applicable to all Kipi Member. This fee is only payable with “BITCOINS ” due to the fact that Kipi does not have a bank account. Your Guide should be able to assist you with acquiring this currency or refer to someone who can assist you. New members will receive a notification including payment instructions in their accounts/cabinets upon registration.
