How long before i receive my tax return
Income Tax verification is the process used to check the accuracy of Federal Income Tax Returns, W-2s, 1099s, and other tax documents enabling easier identification of potentially fraudulent tax documents.
What documents will I have to Submit?
Taxpayer(s) must complete IRS Form 4506-T.
How do I receive my tax transcripts?
You choose the most convenient way for you - Email as a 128-bit encrypted and password protected pdf file, fax or U.S. mail. Default delivery method is email.
Transcripts will be emailed to the email address you provide during checkout. If you would like transcripts sent to a third party (attorney / lender) please click on the message link and provide email/fax in the message box during checkout. You may also include a fax cover page with your Form 4506-T.
Can I get W-2 and 1099 transcripts?
Yes. You may use Form 4506-T found on top of every page to request Federal W-2 and 1099 transcripts. If you had multiple W-2s or 1099s for the year requested, you will receive all W-2s and 1099s reported by employers/payers to the IRS for that year. The price is the same even if you had multiple documents during the same year. If you need state or local withholding information contact your state's dept. of revenue, or your employer. Some states offer the same service as the IRS, but most states do not.
Can I obtain my W-2, 1099 or 1098 transcripts if I did not file a tax return for that year?
Yes. Employers/payers are required to report federal wage information to the IRS. The only exception is if you have never filed a tax return. In that case you must first file change of address form with the IRS. Once your change of address form has been processed you will be able to request the tax documents. If you need state withholding information to file a state return you will need to contact your state's dept. of revenue. Some states offer the same service as the IRS, but most states do not.
Can I get IRS issued Verification of Nonfiling?
Yes. Choose #7 on Form 4506-T. Verification of Nonfiling is proof from the IRS that you did not file a return for the year(s) requested. Allow about 2-4 weeks for this request. If you need it faster you can request a tax return transcript, and get it in few business days. It will show taxpayers SSN/EIN, the tax form number (1040, 1120) and the year(s) requested. If no return was filed it will say no record found, or no return filed.
How long does it take to receive tax transcripts?
It depends on the IRS it could be as little as 1-2 business day, but may take an additional 1-2 business days if the IRS is busy. Contact us for current processing times.

lowest rates. We will beat or match competitors rates.
What information is included in a tax transcript? See SAMPLE .pdf
A tax return transcript contains most of the information from the original return, including any accompanying forms and schedules filed with it. It does not reflect any changes made after the return was filed.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay with a major credit card, or PayPal securely on our web site. We understand you may not have access to a fax machine at the time of payment. We allow you to pay before or after you submit your Form 4506-T, but payment must be received before we process your Form 4506-T.
Businesses who sign up for a corporate account are billed monthly, or can prepay.
Do I have to pay if no record is found, or IRS rejects my request?
Yes. You pay depending on the request you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Form 4506-T you submit to AccuVerify.com. We will check your form to make sure it is complete before we submit it to the IRS, but personal information is your responsibility. Please make sure you provide correct SSN/EIN and address. The number one IRS rejection reason is wrong address.
Dose AccuVerify obtain tax transcripts directly from the IRS?
What is your refund policy?
You will receive full refund if you cancel your order before it is submitted to the IRS. There is no refund once your form has been submitted to the IRS.
I just filed my tax return. How long should I wait before I request tax return transcript?
It depends how you filed the return, and if you were due a refund or owed taxes.
Returns with refund or no balance due:
If you e-filed allow about 8-21 day for the tax return to be processed by the IRS. If you filed on paper, allow about eight weeks for the return to be processed.
Returns with balance due filed by April due date:
If you e-filed and you paid in full with your return allow 8-21 days. If you paid after submitting the return allow 3-4 weeks. If you didn't pay the balance due in full IRS will process your return in mid-May, transcript should be available by late May. If you filed on paper return is processed in June and you can request a transcript in mid to late June.
If you are due a refund wait until you receive your refund before requesting your tax return transcript. If there is a problem with your return it will take longer to be processed by the IRS, and for the transcript to become available.Source: www.accuverify.com
