How do I determine how much tax money I will get back?
Was the 2 jobs regular jobs where you were a employee with an employer that withheld the required social security and medicare taxes and maybe some federal income tax amounts?

A full time student for 5 months of the year living with the parent in the parent home under age 19 or under age 24 and still a full time student not furnishing MORE than 50% of your own support you will have to fill out you 1040 tax form correctly and completely and on page 1 of the 1040 tax be sure and check the box indicating that you are a dependent of another individual taxpayers return and when you get to the line
for the exemption amount you will have to enter -0- ZERO as the correct amount on your own income tax return because you will not be allowed to claim your own exemption amount on your own 1040 tax form.
